Coding skills empower journalists, giving them a new way to break relevant news stories. I’m passionate about teaching these skills – and deepening my own.
In the summer of 2018, Alexandra Stark and Dominique Strebel from the Swiss Journalism School MAZ and I developed a data journalism diploma course targeting experienced journalists. The course was based on a 12-part-evening course I had ran a year earlier.
